Return & Refund Policy

At RD Enterprises Ltd (trading as RD Cash & Carry Wholesale and Distribution), we take pride in supplying high-quality products to our trade customers. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be accepted.

1. Inspection Upon Delivery

  • All goods must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
  • Any damages, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A signed delivery note confirms acceptance of the goods as delivered and in good condition, unless a written claim is made within the stated period.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • No returns will be accepted without prior written approval from our team.
  • Returned goods must:
    • Be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
    • Be accompanied by a Returns Authorisation Reference provided by us.
    • Be returned at the customer’s expense unless agreed otherwise.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable food items.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Special orders or customised goods.
  • Clearance or discounted stock (unless faulty).

4. Refunds & Credits

  • Approved returns will be inspected before processing.
  • Refunds (or account credits) will be issued within 7–10 working days after acceptance of the returned goods.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless agreed otherwise.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

  • If you receive faulty or incorrect goods, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange collection or replacement at no extra charge to you.
