1. Delivery Areas

We deliver across the UK using our own fleet and trusted courier partners.

International deliveries are available on request and subject to shipping arrangements, export regulations, and additional charges.

2. Delivery Times

• Delivery times vary depending on order size, location, and stock availability.
• Standard UK delivery is typically 1–5 working days.
• Large pallet orders or high-volume deliveries may require additional lead time.
• All delivery dates provided are estimates only.

3. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges depend on the order value, delivery location, and transport method.
• Charges will be confirmed at the time of order.
• Free delivery may be available for qualifying order values (please contact us for details).

4. Order Processing

• Orders received before 12:00 PM (UK time) are processed the same working day where possible.
• Orders received after 12:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
• Weekend and public holiday orders are processed on the next working day.

5. Risk & Ownership

• Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery to the agreed address.
• Ownership of goods remains with RD Enterprises Ltd until payment is received in full.

6. Delivery Inspection

• Please inspect all goods immediately upon delivery.
• Any damages, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
• A signed delivery note confirms receipt of goods in good condition unless otherwise noted.

7. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

• If delivery is missed due to the customer not being available, a redelivery charge may apply.
• For pallet deliveries, you must ensure suitable access for unloading.

8. Click & Collect / Warehouse Collection

• Customers can collect orders from our warehouse by prior arrangement.
